2020 Benbrook Business & Community Showcase

Only one thing could be better than Benbrook’s annual Business Expo: The new Benbrook Business & Community Showcase!

It’s an updated name for an updated event – bigger and better, with more networking and more fun. The Business & Community Showcase is a true showcase of everything that makes our community great. It also has a cool nickname: “BCS.”

We’ll have more than 50 local businesses and organizations on hand, free food samples from local restaurants, and door prizes for attendees. One lucky exhibitor will win a free promotional video! Admission is FREE for guests.
 
It all happens 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at HighRidge Church, 10100 Rolling Hills Drive. The event is a collaboration between the City of Benbrook, the Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC), and the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
In order to apply, your organization must be based in Benbrook or be a BACC member. Booth space is 8x10 feet. Two chairs, a six-foot table with linens, and pipe and drape are provided.  
BACC member: $150
Non-member: $200*
Nonprofits: $50
Add electricity: $25
Pop-up Booth: $50 for half of a six-foot table. 
 
*Exhibitors who join the BACC membership within 60 days of the event will receive a $50 credit toward their one-year membership.  
 
FOOD VENDORS: No charge for booth. Vendor must be able to provide food samples for up to 300 guests for the duration of the event.
